Female Birthday Present?

My best female friend is gonna be 16 years old on Sunday. She doesn%26#039;t live close to me and I have to buy a birthday president online. Last year I got her flowers, it was a very good idea. BUt for 2007 i need a new idea. Can someone give me ideas. I%26#039;d like to keep it at or under $60.and she can%26#039;t drive cause of the new California Law.(18).

Reply:Women seem to really like candles, don%26#039;t just get her plain ones though, get them in a pretty set up or something. Jewelry is always nice too, and u don%26#039;t have to spend a lot. Find out if she wears gold or silver and see what u can get her in your price range, for a friend though, I would stick with a nice bracelet or even an anklet. And beings it is for a friend, it doesn%26#039;t have to be fancy either. Just find out what her hobbies are, does she collect anything?
